Novelette - The Wolf I Am

COMING SOON: The Wolf I Am shares the heartfelt story of Onyx, a male wolf pup born outside the safety of Yellowstone National Park. With the ultimate goal of growing up and eventually finding safe harbor inside the park, Onyx’s story both entertains and educates the reader of a wolf’s imaginable life history. Told through his perspective, Onyx describes his many adventures and exposure to several other forest creatures that can be found in the wilds of Montana. Many lessons the young wolf learns from his parents and fellow residents mirror that of our own and are subtly presented to the reader in a fun and entertaining fashion.

2009 Novel - Saving Eden

In search for his role in saving Planet Earth from humankind's explotation, NATE STONE, a college student from the Southern Appalachians, ventures to the wilds of Montana for the summer to work for US Forest Service. But Montana proves to be as wild as its reputation, and Nate quickly finds trouble with a local bully and extreme environmental activists. While the activists keep Nate and the local rangers on high alert, Nate unexpectedly becomes enveloped by a 200 year old murder mystery that occurred in the 1800s-the mystery of a beautiful Indigenous maiden and two powerful brothers that fought for her love. With fall rapidly approaching, Nate works expeditiously to bring the mystery to an end, only to discover more secrets back in Tennessee! Saving Eden is currently out of print. Used copies may be available through various online retailers such as Amazon, BAM!, and Barnes & Noble. Saving Eden (© 2009) has been re-edited and retitled as Kootenai Moon (© 2026, available soon) to provide commercial separation from similar titles, as well as receiving edits to become a collective Dark Forests Novel.
